Spectrum Gaming Group Enhances Team With Four Professionals

Companies that are continuously working on improving themselves as well as their business can never fail. These days, one of them is 1993-founded non-partisan consultancy, Spectrum Gaming Group, which focuses mainly on the economics, regulation and policy of legalizing gambling across the globe.

What Are They Going To Do?

A solution to their “problems” is hiring four experts that are going to help them improve their services in many ways, concerning economy, regulation and public-policy services in different parts of the world.

Fredric Gushin, Spectrum Managing Director, commented on their plans by saying:

“Building on our 2018 growth throughout Asia, Europe and North America, we are proud to add four outstanding professionals to the Spectrum team. We will rely on them heavily for what is already shaping up to be a busy 2019.”

Who Are These People?

Asaka Ishiyama is a person with a plethora of experience. He will join this company as Senior Vice President.

With over thirty-five years of experience in many sectors, such as development and business, especially focusing on South Asian, Southeast Asian, American and Australian countries, he is more than welcome to share his knowledge and ideas.

Furthermore, he has worked on the Board of Director for Adelaide Casino based in Australia, as well as with Spectrum on their Japanese obligations.

Moreover, he was also head of Citigroup asset management group where his duties were regarding debt/real investments in this country.

For the time being, Ishiyama will supervise Spectrum’s business development concerning integrated resorts in Japan.

Who Else?

Matthew Roob – Just like Ishiyama he will also join this company as Senior Vice President of Financial Analysis.

The last couple of years, he has worked for a successful company called Seneca Gaming Corporation, where he was an Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

In this corporation, he collaborated with the executive team and was supervising three major casinos in Western New York.

For more than twenty years, he has been teaming up with various gaming companies on different projects and markets across the country.

Now, his main duty will revolve around strategic planning practices as well as financial analysis.

Richard Doss will serve as Marketing and Events Coordinator. Just recently, he was doing promotions and other similar things for Louisiana-based facility, Golden Nugget, in Lake Charles and currently, he is monitoring production of the East Coast Gaming Congress as well as a production of the Winter and Summer meeting for the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States.

And Last But Not Least:

Daniel Phillips is an addition to Spectrum’s global advisory team via strategic alliance. His main goal is to identify and create better and stronger relationships with both sports-betting and online suppliers who aspire to conquer the United States market.
